Frank,

Apparently there's not much interest in this company. A former GRIN thread on SI:

Subject 12700

Looking over at Edgar, looks like insiders have been selling recently during the price slide. I can't really see one toy (Furby) making the company great for investors. Looks like some potential share dilution from outstanding restricted shares (plus options) in connection with a prior business acquisition. US subsidiary was allowed to go bankrupt a couple of years ago. Investors apparently think it's priced fairly now. I can't really see your target of $10 to $20 except as a short term pop for holiday purchases, and then into the tank again. I can't really see this company sustaining investor interest for any length of time. I do recall seeing the Furby story on TV recently (may have been featured on CNBC). Also seem to recall that the coverage was favorable to GRIN. Check out some of the competitors like Toys 'R Us or Mattel or Galoob to see what the industry is expecting. Might provide some insight for you. Good luck to you if you decide to invest.
