Warren V. (Pete) Musser Chairman of Safeguard Scientifics Joins National Media Board

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- National Media Corporation
(NYSE: NM), today announced that Warren V. (Pete) Musser has been appointed to
the National Media Corporation Board of Directors.
Mr. Musser is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of
Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE), headquartered in Wayne, Pa., and has
long been an investor in and supporter of National Media Corporation.
