just noticed that link is to an OEX chart. I meant to link
to a dell chart. Use 10,20,30 ema and slow stochastic.

I think the congestion has to be cleared, and the only way
to do that is to go up, though it doesn't have to go far.
after that the topping process could finish off. It's just
difficult to judge right now. We'll probably know the answer
very soon.
