Hi Isoman, I crossed this path doing DD on another company that got burned here.

FWIW I calculated a (very appx) shell value.

The deficit from operations are transferrable -
It is 33MM US$ - deductable before tax gives at a tax of 30% a trade value of 10-25% of that = 1MM-4MM
With aug 10. 109MM shares out = value for shell shares 1-4 cent.

All in my humble opinion - anything can happen over the next year - even gov making it impossible to use transferred deficits as tax deduction.
