The Nov 16 issue of Forbes has an interesting article on broken
stocks (page 250 forward). There are 200 of them and I spent some 25
hours running them through my FA scoring system. The following get a
score of 10 or better:

AMMB - 10
CDT - 10
GNCI - 10
GDYS - 10
HRC - 10
ICII - 10
MTH - 11
ORBKF- 10
PMTC - 10
ROP - 10
SLI - 10
SJK - 10
SMRT - 11
SCTC - 10
TMO - 13
TKR - 10

All of these have very different TA attributes. However, I believe
that if we select good FA stocks and consider TA for our entry and
exit points, we will be rewarded.

Note that TMO is only the second stock in 2 years of playing this game
to get a perfect score.
