Bill, Fascinating. I have seen many cases where overt lies were told on Internet message boards, usually by individuals hiding behind psuedonyms. This is the first time I've seen a company issue a formal press release containing false information that is so easily confirmed as false. It is either extremely audacious or astonishingly stupid - I wonder which. I wonder if Sweet Factory will bring any action against AZNT, and if they don't, if the SEC will. Could any of the posters here who are familiar with securities laws tell us what the penalties are for issuing public announcements of nonexistent deals? Steve
