PCSS: CPQ is king in the UK and Europe, but I see more and more DELL ads. I wonder whether the fact that the UK and Europe is not so internet-literate as the US has anything to do with the indirect model being more effective than the direct model, here? If so, CPQ should be cognisant that the UK and Europe is beginning to catch-up in internet use. Victor
