I couldn't find any news to support the high volume. Does anybody know if PRCY is purchasing their shares on the open market? I tried to call Investor Relations, but they haven't return my telephone call yet. There should be a press release if PRCY plans on a reverse stock split or buying their own shares to increase the stock price.
