Service is where the money is. $300 or $400 an hour may seem high on the surface, but to get a problem solved or implementation done, without having to pay someone continuously or pay benefits, it can be quite economical. I like companies who do this as a business, like SAPE and INSS. Nice move in XYLN yesterday. Comparing the directions of FORE and XYLN, seems more like it may be based on resurfacing takeover rumors, or company specific improvements. Maybe the new product transitions previously mentioned, although I'm not familiar with what they are. Whatever, it helped turned a potentially off day into a good one... jas.
