Believe it or not in the glowing time the Japanese NIKKEI has beaten that easily when it was in the thirty thousands.

But when everybody was tied up with equity there, the bubble eventually imploded and the nikkei was cut in half.

The ingredients have been and are the same, diminishing earnings along with falling cpi and interest rates. Difficulties in their backyards (Southeast-Asia for Japan, Eastern Europe for Germany, Brazil for U.S.), a fraudulent bias in guiding the masses into stocks regardless of quality.
