Opps, Mainstream reporters musta missed this one:

WSJ:
Ignored Women's Milestone
The national media seems quick to trumpet path-breaking victories by female candidates, but there are curious exceptions. Arizona made history last week by electing women to all five top constitutional offices, led by GOP Governor Jane Hull. In addition, Brenda Burns will return as president of the State Senate. Lisa Graham Keegan, the school-choice supporter who ran unopposed for a second term as state school superintendent, has a theory about the dearth of national attention. "It's an inconvenient fact that five of the six top women in Arizona politics are Republicans, and, gasp, several are strong conservatives," she told us. "On one level it's great if it's not news that women had a clean sweep, but you'd think it would have landed on some media radar screens."
