Sorry Ben, but it looks like a pos to me. Before all the aquisitions they need to buy a calculator. Balance sheet in SEC filing doesn't add up.

Calculating back from the misleading PR, their revenues ending Sept '98 were 1.8 million and Sept '97 580K

They also didn't bother or couldn't figure out how to total up their income statement in the SEC filing (they really need a calculator), but here it is

Gross loss (208,590) would be a step in the right direction if they could at least manage some gross profit
