I have to admit that I don't understand why a high short interest
in Dell is considered bullish.Dell seems to perform very nicely(300%last year, 240% this year). Are those short shares used as insurance to protect high gains in some way?, Or does somebody really expect Dell to come apart at the seams?.
In either case, I have had to ignore them.
