Compaq Computer Corporation to
Conduct News Conference at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 11
Compaq Computer Corporation will conduct a news conference 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov.
11, to announce the company's strategic direction for small and medium businesses (SMB).
Eckhard Pfeiffer, Compaq president and chief executive officer, will unveil the company's strategy to offer
the most comprehensive business tools and solutions for growing companies. Presentations from key
Compaq senior executives, as well as a question-and-answer session will follow Mr. Pfeiffer's remarks.
Members of the media are invited to remain for lunch, which will be served until 1:30 p.m.
The conference will be held at Chelsea Piers, Pier Sixty, located at 23rd Street and the Hudson River in
