Wireless communications carrier Leap Wireless
International, Inc. (Nasdaq: LWIN) today
announced that the company's first annual
meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held
on January 14, 1999, at 9 a.m. at the San Diego Marriott-La Jolla. The
hotel is located at 4240 La Jolla Village Drive, in San Diego, California.
Leap Wireless shareholders of record on November 30, 1998 will be
entitled to vote at the annual meeting.
