IMG announced today that it has filed suit against Trex Medical for violating the distributorship agreement with regard to MRI products. Now there's a shocker; another IMG distributor fails to live up much touted expectations. Another IMG product which held "great promise" to save the world goes down in flames. We know why that every time IMG announces some kind of "breakthrough" product, Wall Street just yawns at them. These guys couldn't hit water if they jumped out of a boat.
