YHOO at 172 Ebay at 119 Today is the beginning of the end. Before people thought there might be some underlying future basis to the insane rise in these stocks, but today proved otherwise. The Ebay/Beanie Baby jokes are going to be flying like crazy.. Only Beanie Babies are more overpriced than Ebay's stock, and Ebay makes a large portion of its revenue through selling Beanie Babies.. This will be textbook stuff.. (although I do admit, a lot of the rise this morning could be due to margin calls and panic short covering)
