James, it does make more sense that the estimate was too high in B's opinion rather than too low. However, "tweaking" sounds to me like a minor adjustment and I find it hard to believe that this six month holdup is about a minor adjustment. 5%-10% would seem to be the kind of variance a person might expect in an estimate anyway.

Also raised is the question about why Barrick would care..if they plan to walk. This might argue for "tweaking" in the other direction. When a resource estimate is sent back to a professional mining concern & told in effect to sharpen your pencils it certainly raises questions in my mind about whose ox is about to get knifed.
