Thanks for the link to the article. This is the results on just one of the phase 1 tests. Too bad they just wrote about how safe it is and how well it was tolerated and didn't include any of the episodes about just how well it worked to restore memory. That was a bonus. I think they have established the optimum dosage already as well by now. The big thing when they did this test whether or not the drug got through the brain blood barrier for effective delivery mechanism.
