Here are my answers...but I'm no trading guru! I've taken a lot of risks this year and instead of making a fortune have lost a lot of money. Hopefully, I'll be able to turn it all around in this upcoming year.

Anyway, the answers: The broker I use is Ameritrade. I've been happy with them, but don't have much experience comparing them to others.

I don't really have a charting service--I try all different kinds (that are free). I like the charts that yahoo quotes gives, but as you may know, chart data for a year is not always included with penny stocks.

So far, I've never done an IPO.

The only market tip I have to give the world is to find a company that is not a scam (i.e., has a real product and is selling it) and invest for the mid- to long-term. One of the reasons I say that is because day-trading penny stocks that I haven't thoroughly researched has killed me!
