Use this weakness to accumulate more ;-) The President signature is just a rubber stamp process. Why is there this delay, I don't know. What PR know is that I will use this weakness to load up more. Bought another 10K at an average price of 14.50 today. It is a no brainer that creaf will break 20 once the buy back begin. And be forewarn - the President may sign any time. PR
