Thanks for your efforts to clarify this matter. Sounds like it was an honest (hopefully) mistake on behalf of IPO Financial Network.

It wouldn't appear that it would be a good time for AMTX to file for a secondary, anyway. At any rate, for the moment I'm relieved that their credibility is still intact. It would make no sense at all for them to deny a public filing. I would also hope that someone at Amati would contact IPO FN and get the matter corrected so that potential and existing investors are not mislead.
