Realty Money Center
PanAmerican is in the final stages of completing it's merger with Realty Money Center, a new mortgage company with five branches in Las Vegas that is already making loans. They are licensed in several states, and are continually expanding. For 1997, Realty's closings were in excess of 500 Million Dollars. All earnings for 1998 will be accreted to PanAmerican BanCorp's
consolidated statement.
On Aug. 14 NRPI announced that they received a Loan Commitment from Realty Money Center (subsidiary of PanAmerican) of $2,500,000 for the rehabbing of
properties in New Orleans. The sales targets are 100 homes over the next 12 months,
200 homes in the second year and 400 in the third year

Another branch of PanAmerican, Affordable Housing is a mortgage company set up to provide homes in Belize, and is said to be looking at Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and other countries as well. They are seeking to expand into the global mortgage market.
