Exigent is a terrific company. The XGNT stock has bounced around some, but I believe will trade much higher on the horizon. Their sub STI installed and maintains the ground control software and systems for Motorola on the IRIDIUM constellation which came on-line Nov. 1. I suspect we will all hear much much more about this over the next year as the IRIDIUM project becomes known, but for those who don't know yet it's basically replaces conventional ground "cell" phones with esentially a satellite phone you can use anywhere in the world. At any time and anywhere you're linked up to any one of 66 low orbit satellites rotating the globe.

This project is in addition to their most famous work, which we all know as the Navstar GPS system. All those little global positioning units that are selling like hotcakes are using 24 Exigent controlled satellites.

Anyway, did you know that the Department of Defense is planning another system with far more satellites and a significantly higher accuracy. If I was a betting man I'd say Exigent will get or has got the call.

Pretty strong rumor also has it that Exigent's STI will also work on the Teledesic project which Motorola and Boeing have the contract for. This is the gigantic Bill Gates, Prince Alaweed (sp?) constellation planned for some 200+ rapidly low-orbiting satellites providing voice, data, internet, the works. This is out a couple years but nonetheless, is almost a wrap for STI. Read their latest press release regarding their loving bedroom relationship with Motorola.

Anyway, sorry, you asked for warrant terms, which are XGNTW exercise $3.00, exp Jan. 30, 2000. There are 1,070,270 w's outstanding.

229,896 1/30/97 granted to STI's ESOP/T
240,378 1/30/97 granted to various shareholders of Exigent
174,996 1/30/97 granted to a shareholder for all STI's outstanding w's
425,000 1/30/97 granted to Monogenesis Corp.

1,070,270 Total outstanding.

The float is very very small, thus the ridiculous spread that XGNTW often has.

A guy named David Groves is the Exigent SI resident expert on XGNT's thread if you have more ?'s.
