If the motion was GRANTED, then there will not be a long drawn out arbitration procedure that will determine the disposition of the stock in question. Jihad stated that the motion had been GRANTED, therefore the only outcome can be the aforementioned arbitration. If the motion has not been GRANTED, then an outright premeditated LIE has been posted on the thread ... a LIE of major proportions. Could it be that Wellrich is suddenly aware of other pending litigation that it will have to face in the future? Why has everyone suddenly dropped this matter? Is this like the last arbitration hearing judgement ... you remember, the one you were going to procure, scan and post. And, I mean "DOCUMENTS" with weight ... not some silly letter from an attorney who at best need to go back and review Prosser and Williston. Hogger
