Hey Zman, I have something VERY interesting to tell you and all our faithful friends : When Zucco et al made this deal with Intel ( with the help of an Intel Board member no less ! ) THEY GOT REPRICED OPTIONS AT 6 which are now convertible into Intel stock !! Mark Forte has been CORRECTLY seeking a stock swap for the shareholders too. You Know....The F*ing shareholders...Remember US ??? I cannot believe that Shiva is going to get away with AN OTHER REPRICING....Hey SWIB, Are you going to keep up the fight, or tender your 890,000 shares ? Today, was the first day that I realized that Shiva Management was able to ONCE AGAIN COMPENSATE themselves for "a job well done!" Un..F*ING..Believable !!!!! Gabor? Mark F. ? CJ ? Oh P.S. I'm not going to be surprised when the lawsuits hit ... soon!
