Ok, I'll take a stab at this. This is the advantage that I see for the clik! drive:

Let's say you're on vacation. You just took the last picture that the flash memory card of your DC2000 camera can store. You want to be able to take more pictures, but don't want to pay the high price of another flash memory(s). You could do one of the following:

1. Go back to the hotel and transfer the files to your notebook computer and then back up your pictures on to a modular zip drive. This is obviously not very efficient, since you could be miles away from your hotel.

2. Reach into your camera bag and remove your battery operated clik! drive. Insert your flash memory card and transfer the data to a $10 clik! disk. Now you're ready to shoot again with the satisfying feeling of knowing you have 9 more clik! disks left from your ten pack.
