And the testimony offered convincing evidence that consumers had been hurt, because Microsoft's alleged threat delayed potential improvements to sound and video on PCs. This is ludicrous...it was Intel that was trying to delay improvements by short-circuiting software paths that allow for hardware acceleration. Idiots.
