What do you think of XYLN's provivions regarding a takeover. Their latest 10Q goes into details as to the provisions they have put in place to make a takeover difficult. Also, what do you think of SNDK - leading flash chip manufacturer with significant rotalties generated from patents they own. Clean balance sheet with strong cash position and no debt. Outlook for industry and company posted on biz.yahoo.com
