The threat isn't SilkRoad Inc. The threat comes from LU or XYZ buying them. I've challenged various threads on this development and the response has been predictable. Even the below commentary in Inter@ctive Week tries to make an excuse for WDM. WDM can't be implemented successfully as it stands. ENRON has a disaster developing if they think they can put together long haul WDMIP. LVLT wasn't that dumb in their network construction. The failure to objectively assess this new technology is the hallmark of American technology and of investors. If CIEN takes this attitude too, the meteor may hit them directly. Message 6355679
