Is EDS a patent machine like IBM????
I read the summary of some of these patents and they are generally very broad. Can EDS derive significant royalties from patents similar to Texas Instruments? I believe the patent office is making a big mistake by allowing software patents; however, since they are, then I AM VERY HAPPY TO SEE EDS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OPPORTUNITY. |
