Japan is to announce the details of the fiscal stimulus package on Monday.The Japanese market thinks it is not going to do it but like one pundit on Wall Street said recently,good plan or not when 60 trillion Yen (+US$500 billion) hits the economy it is bound do some good,heck that makes sense to me .
