How to find companies like TRK and PKS. TRK also beats and moved up 1 1/2 points, but I couldn't make that one. What I do is put companies that I have been watching but have not come to decisive opinion on into the Dow Jones "Earnings" category of real time news. I have usually researched them a bit and have a good idea of their technical chart (like I did PKS) since I was asked about it as well. I put them in when I expect them to report usually a day sooner. When news comes out it gets displayed instantly.. at the same time I have a Time & Sales window open and connected with 5 minute or 1 minute charts and quotes. You can 'save' any configuration you want and just 'connect' them so when you plug in a symbol it gets displayed in all your open windows. You can't get into many this way, but you can get one every once in a while that reports after the open.
