I can understand the anxiousness of investors who want to see the
audit for the sake of Franklin becoming a reporting company.

But, if you do not trust the company enough to believe their reasons
for the delay of the audit, you should sell the stock.

In my opinion, THE most important thing in investing in a non-listed
stock is trust and confidence in the management of the company.

I previously said "forget the audit" only because it will come when
it is finished, and the results of the audit are of no consequence
to the future of the company. It does no good to continually harp
on the subject. Take a Prozac and relax for awhile.
