My level of frustration with F.Spartan has just gone through the roof. I am convinced that the "perfect" Spartan customer is one who makes one trade a month (two if the market gets exciting), and who thinks FOX+ is a nifty little toy that is kinda fun to play with. These guys sure ain't for people who are serious about trading. Further, FOX+ is still a novelty to these people. Their solution to any electronic trading problem is to call them and pay the higher commission.
