Mark, I thought that something might be coming out of the Boston area as well. Intel had to raise the Chips & Technologies bid...They may want to consider doing the same again here. After all, the small investor and the big investor ( SWIB , for instance, who represents the "small" investor )can only WIN if Intel raises the bid or offers stock in Intel (enough stock) . Why should we as shareholders be any less thought of by Intel than the Shiva Management? I still can't believe they start all over again at 6 bucks worth of comparable Intel stock. Intel has already rallied 14 points from the time of this deal. I'm not sure they participated yet but still it is amazing,that Zucco and Co. clean the slate AGAIN...with zero sensitivity for the same shareholders that were waiting for HIS plan to work to bring LONG TERM PROFITABILITY back to Shiva. Remember that one Mr. Zucco : LONG TERM ??
