Oroperu gets the following, IF the buyout is completed:

US$16.0 million from terms of buyout
this basically represents US$20/oz
valuation of a 1.5 million oz reserve
+ US$ .67 million savings of land holding costs
+ 1/2 of US$20/oz or US$10/oz for reserves over 1.5 million oz
depending on the type of recovery
+ 1/2 of 2% - 4% royalty on all gold recovered
depending on type of recovery
and the price of gold

Should OROP have gotten a higher valuation for the reserves? They really are unable to develop this property on their own. If there is 2 million ozs there, they can get an extra 1/2 of US$10 million.
