As someone who has been compensated by the company, (you have been paid is that not correct with either stock or $$$?) your post is very important.

I also disagree with you. The lack of an agreement shall prove not to be just a little story. Nor shall Spugs and Kevin's assertions regarding ownership of the stores. These assertions are intentional, misleading, in fact, false. Spugs just accomplished what some fear...again.
