Yeah, you're right about the commission, IF you happen to remember to ask about it. I'm usually so irritated about having to call them so often that I forget to ask. It seems to me that since we are paying a premium for the privilage of doing business with them, that they would make some effort, even a little effort, to provide service at least as good as the cheapo, fly-by-night online brokers.

If the same thing happened to you with DELL, you should be just as unhappy as I am. There is NO EXCUSE for their sloppy and unprofessional response to problems with a particular MM.
