Scott, I haven't received near the poor service you and others on this thread claim. The interface is just as easy as any of the other online brokers and my balances are always accurate. Boy, I knew consumers were demanding, but what did you expect. This technology is in its infancy. 10 years down the road, we won't even have regular exchanges as we know them today. E-Trade is the pioneer in all this. So they are the first to learn the technologies limitations. They are also the first to solve the problems. Anyway, a bit of objectivity is in order here. Claiming the other online brokers are superior just shows that you aren't being objective. I would believe it if you told me you got better service from Merril Lynch, though.
