Shege - this Perez person is everywhere, no? See my posting on the VNTV thread for what is really happening. And, you are right. VNTV & Remedy don't really compete. There was some talk on one of the help desk threads regarding Remedy's ability to scale to big sites. I've reviewed their latest marketing stuff, including the distributed server option, and I still think that they are best off in the 50 concurrent user and less environment. I have been asking around regarding the sense that they have some big sites. All I can find out is that they have some customers with multiple hundred users, but these are on multiple servers (i.e. different departments not really seamlessly linked) and have a relatively low number of transactions. This is a different market from the CLFY & VNTV market.
