First learned of this company (based in Texas, I think) about one year ago when I was offered the opportunity to be a representative. The idea is great, but I did not feel like pissing off any of my friends and family by hooking them up and then something happening where I would be blamed. However, the company has great momentum and lots of supporters. I ordered a prospectus and I don't remember the number or the company that is bringing Excel to the altar, but if someone knows this information, please post it here. Second week of May is the IPO, I think.
