Todd, Thanks for the reply. I learned about this company from a newsletter called "Invest with the Masters" by Dan Bruce. I agree that the stock is underpriced and that their problems are short term. I am a bit concerned about the recent legal action that has been taken against them. Can you share any insights on this? Do you have any thoughts on why the price is up today? Surely the announcement of a new board member wouldn't have this impact. Dean
