Since the land is worthless to us anyway....I'd vote to give it back to Mark Tow in exchange for the 50M shares. Take the illegally issued 17M off the record and we have a shell that might be more attractive in terms of #'s of shares. I vote to take my chances on a new endeavor since I have nothing here anyway.
