This release does not contain any FTSW software. Actually, the Microsoft Cluster Server provides some of the functionality of FTSW software for small installations of NT servers. But, yes, Legato did have an earlier agreement with FTSW to distribute some of their products. I don't think the agreement covered the new Full Time Products. In my opinion, FTSW has really been a de facto subsidiary of Legato for the past year. I think their new products were developed along Legato's needs, so expect them to be quickly integrated.
