Angler - shorts provide the needed volatility in the prices. When a major trend is set in motion it will be difficult to stop it for a while. Look at the P/E multiples at current prices for support. If SEEC does not squander the cash on the balance sheet, with a small float, the price will move to a higher ground. Ram
