Mike - The Q Phone is supposed to be the top of the line premium phone. It is direct competition for the Star-tac.

The Q is the high end for Q!. But the price point for the Q phone and the Startac's are considerably different. The Q has a list price of $500 and although I don't know the list price of the CDMA Startac, the cheapest non-CDMA Startac is $800 and the most expensive is $1500. That is a very different target. Finally it should be noted that the Q phone is browser ready as soon as the networks become ready. Is the Startac? I am not saying that the Startac is not added competition, but you seem to love to work yourself into an unjustified state of doom and gloom.
