SR57: LCCI - one has to look at the reason why they are down. LCCI traded their radio measurement tools / software for a engineering services division of a competitor. The tools were about 50% of their revenues, and probably a bigger % of earnings. Combined with a higher market multiple for earnings than consulting services = no reason for a rebound, IMO.

Of course, they could creep back a little, but I believe in seeing a big recovery.
