SoftQuad divestiture, AEA conference, et al ...a coincidence?... hopefully not...noticed alphasoftware.com, softquadintl.com, onlinemerchant.com also not accessible...either a temporary anomaly or this Company, rightfully, should be making major changes to its sites, including a name change for SoftQuad International...we are talking a new focus and brand equity...accordingly [the name] SoftQuad International simply makes no sense...as in a highly illogical [street friendly conducive] shareholder maximization strategy...the SoftQuad divestiture [terms], as pathetic as what happened to SoftQuad [HoTMetaL] Inc is...the financial engineering of the divestiture was technically brilliant...the next few weeks and remaining ~55% of q4 should be very interesting....to say the least...
