I am a lawyer, although I do not do securities litigation. Hence my thoughts should be taken with a large grain of salt. However, what you must realize is that Ancor's insurance company played a major role in whether this suit was settled or not. As a consequence, this settlement may have been as much or more as a result of their desire than Ancor's. Any speculation regarding the late afternoon rally?
